Jonathan Stark is the senior litigation partner at Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers. Jonathan founded Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers with Danny Daniel in 2000. As the senior litigation partner, Jonathan has tried multiple cases and has represented thousands of injured clients. While the strategy he employs in each case is often what gains attention, for Jonathan, it’s the people he’s working for that matter most. He approaches each case as a unique opportunity to right a wrong and improve a family’s future circumstances. Simply put, standing up for individual rights is what motivates him.. Jonathan has been integral in the firm’s growth from one location to three locations across Central Texas. In managing the aggressive growth of the law firm, he identified medical records and billing collection as a key bottleneck area that plagues most personal injury practices. To solve this problem, he assisted with the creation of a software system to collect medical records quickly and efficiently. His entrepreneurial spirit spun this idea into the creation of Legal Monkeys, the parent company of Automated Records Collection (ARC). ARC now has many personal injury firms around the country that are reaping the benefits of this fast, low-cost records collection solution.. Jonathan currently resides in College Station, Texas with his wife  and two daughters. He enjoys bass fishing and spending time with his family. He and his wife are one of the founding members of Brazos Fellowship Church in College Station and they try to live everyday with the gratitude that comes from knowing that we are all blessed.
