With years of experience in creditor's rights, real estate, wills and probate and family law, I have provided clients with necessary recommendations and counsel to prevent or cure various legal issues. I have significant litigation experience and am in the courtroom a lot. I began my legal career as an associate attorney for a Fort Worth based energy firm, researching and drafting oil and gas title and drafting title opinions. While continuing to work in the oil and gas field, I began working for a litigation firm, primarily as a civil defense attorney and family law attorney. In addition to gaining valuable court room experience, I also negotiated on behalf of my clients and represented them through mediation and arbitration. In 2012 my career expanded into the telecommunications industry where I have provided major telecom carriers with counsel in regards to leasing, ownership rights, compliance and regulatory issues. Since then, I have expanded to assist creditors with resolving unpaid claims, collecting assets and obtaining judgments. Throughout my career I have successfully worked with clients in a variety of other issues including bankruptcy, probate and litigation.. Additionally, I have helped my clients properly prepare for the distribution of their assets by customizing their wills and putting their affairs in order. I have also provided assistance and appeals with probate, trusts and contesting wills. My hands on approach to helping my clients comply with federal, state and local requirements in a cost-efficient and time-efficient manner has proven to provide valuable legal services to my clients.. Outside of work, I have been married to my loving wife since 2015 and we have four children together. We are active in our faith and support and respect others for their choices..
