Over the past decade, Mr. Ippolito has gained significant experience managing numerous regulatory matters involving broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and private securities issuers. He has served in executive positions for a variety of financial institutions.. Prior to joining the Beckmen Law, Daniel served as general counsel for Keyway Capital, LLC and as an executive member of Radiant Financial Partners, LLC. Daniel has also served as the Chief Compliance Officer of PTX Securities, LLC., a registered broker dealer and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), and as the Vice President of Compliance for Realty Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm with over $350 million of invested capital. Daniel also spent several years as an examiner for FINRA. While at FINRA, he was awarded with the Outstanding Achievement Award, one of FINRA’s highest honors, for his dedication to and furtherance of FINRA’s stated objectives of protecting investors and ensuring market integrity.. Daniel graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law) in 2012, where he served as an officer of the Board of Advocates, was part of the ABA National Negotiation Championship team, and appeared on the Dean’s list. Daniel also earned an MBA and an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2005 and 2003, respectively.
