Mr. Cotner is active in his church, St. Matthew Lutheran and is also involved in the University of Oklahoma’s Central Texas Alumni Club. He enjoys sports, and particularly enjoys softball and basketball.. Mr. Cotner also loves spending time with his wife, Hope, and daughter, Rachel.
