The Examination Committee assists the TBLS in writing, administering and grading the examinations of attorneys seeking board certification in Immigration & Nationality Law in Texas.. Mr. Mirza served on the TBLS Advisory Commission for Immigration & Nationality Law from 2005 through 2011, serving as Chair from 2010-2011. The Advisory Commission assists the TBLS in determining the appropriate criteria for Board Certification in Immigration & Nationality Law in Texas, and for reviewing the qualifications of applicants wishing to take the board certification exam..
