Chukwudi "Chuck" Egbuonu represents employees and consumers in complex legal matters. His litigation experience includes trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts involving an active docket of employment matters.  He has successfully mediated numerous cases and has authored winning briefs in matters involving retaliation, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, whistleblower reprisal, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge.. Mr. Egbuonu graduated magna cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.  While in law school, he served as an Associate Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review and as a Staff Member for the inaugural edition of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Gender, Race, and Justice Law Journal.  Mr. Egbuonu also served on the National Executive Board for the National Black Law Students Association as the Regional Chair for the Rocky Mountain Region.. Mr. Egbuonu served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kenneth M. Hoyt, United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas.  Prior to entering solo practice, Mr. Egbuonu was an associate at Watts & Associates, a plaintiff litigation boutique in Houston, Texas.. Mr. Egbuonu spends his free time volunteering and playing golf. He is a 2007 graduate of Tarleton State University with a B.B.A. in Finance.
