My experience includes both the enforcement and defense of actions involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment related claims brought under a variety of laws, including:. I have also prosecuted and defended claims for unpaid compensaiton and overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act.. My litigation experience also includes serving as staff counsel for Farmers Insurance where my practice focused on personal injury and commercial litigation. During this time, I was actively involved in all aspects of civil litigation, including serving as lead counsel in several bench and jury trials.. I am fluent in Spanish and can assist clients who prefer to communicate in Spanish.
