About Michael Kahrs
Since law school, I have specialized in representing individuals against overreaching governmental actions. I assist individuals incarcerated in the Washington Department of Corrections. I litigate Public Records Act cases against public entities while asserting the public's right to know what their government is doing. I also assist individuals to constitutionally challenge their conviction in post-conviction proceedings including filing writs of habeas corpus in federal court on their behalf. Let me help you..
