She has also played a key role in numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar settlements, including against Anicom Inc., Apple, Inc., Dynegy Inc., IKON Office Solutions, Merrill Lynch & Co., United Companies Financial Corp., and Xerox Corporation.. Beth has spoken at conferences and as a guest lecturer at the Seattle University School of Law..
