Marcia McCraw, a Mandarin-speaking attorney, earned a B.A., in Asian Studies (China) at Cornell University and earned a J.D. at Western New England College School of Law, now Western New England University, where she served as managing editor of the law review.  Licensed to practice law in Washington State, California, Hawaii, and New York, she provides legal counsel to start-ups and to public companies on issues ranging from entity formation and compliance to contracts and compliance with U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis reporting requirements for foreign direct investment in U.S. businesses and in U.S. real estate. She received a Presidential appointment to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum Council in Washington, D.C., has chaired several nonprofit boards, including USO Northwest, and has served on the local board of Israel's Weizmann Institute of Science.
