Family law cases are best handled 'hitting the ground running' so we push all of our clients, at the outset, to give us what we need by way of information and documentation.  This helps ensure we understand the client's priorities, including their children, the division of their property and debt, and their desires regarding spousal maintenance and/or child support. This approach has led to excellent results both in Court and in negotiations.. Personally, I've begun mediating cases in areas of civil litigation and family law and can mediate with parties only and/or with parties and their attorneys here at my office where I have several conference rooms.. In 27 years of practicing law, I have secured results through litigation and/or settlement totaling in excess of 10 million dollars for clients in the medical malpractice and personal injury area (as well as through a class action).. These days, and for the last 10 years, most of my work has involved divorce and custody disputes.  My exposure to divorce work in 27 plus years has resulted in handling very complex cases with client's who have estates in excess of 50 millions dollars to basic cases involving no assets at all. I have an established team of experts I use in the high asset cases and tailor their involvement to the desires of the client in an effort to ensure we use the client's money constructively and effectively.
