What sets me apart professionally from other attorneys is the personalized service, the attention to detail and zealous advocacy I offer. The only product that an attorney has to sell are his/her words, writings, opinions, honesty, integrity, quality of his/her handling of a case and steadfast advocacy. I know how a Client wishes to be treated because, prior to attending law school in 2010, I was a Paralegal for 25+years with some of St. Louis' most prestigious personal injury, medical negligence, class action and consumer fraud firms.  I treat my clients with respect and dignity and hold their claims in the highest regard. I am extremely organized, efficient and thorough. I have seen the work of many attorneys in the last thirty years - there can be an extreme difference in quality of work from attorney to attorney. Generally, I answer my own phone becasue I know Clients want to speak with their lawyer and I am happy to get to know them. I keep expenses down and ensure attention to detail by performing work myself instead of assigning/hiring out to third-party vendors and do not charge hidden fees. My goal that the victim's compensation outweighs expenses and fees.  A client should not be left to wonder if the attorney addressed every issue, turned over every stone and whether the facts, medical was thoroughly vetted and there should be nothing for the client left to guess when their case is concluded. A Client should feel as if they were part of a team effort where both they and their attorney were well-informed throughout the handling of their case.  My practice is based on referrals from satisfied Clients and other Firms - referrals are the best compliment.   I am confident that my clients would agree that I hold them in high regard and the manner in which I practice law is exceptional.   I give all I have to my Clients, my practice, my family and my community, which is extremely rewarding in and of itself.
