Paul concentrates his practice on insurance coverage and defense litigation. He has successfully defended clients in a variety of areas, including no-fault insurance coverage, UM/UIM/SUM insurance coverage, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, construction site personal injury accidents (Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1) and 241 (6)), and police misconduct (42 USC Section 1983) civil rights litigation.
