Having passed both the Massachusetts and New York State bar exams, Mr. Bedenko commenced his legal career representing working individuals and families throughout eastern Massachusetts in all manner of civil and criminal litigation, eventually opening up a solo practice in Boston specializing in housing and eviction litigation. He pioneered the use of legal internet marketing while in Boston, naming his firm for its web URL. Mr. Bedenko self-published a guide to help Massachusetts landlords protect their rights and evict problem tenants, and ways in which to successfully avoid running afoul of complex consumer protection laws and regulations..
