I have over 30 years experience working as an accountant and attorney.  I am the the Partner-In-Charge of the National  Tax Controversy practice of the Top-100 Accounting Firm of Prager Metis Certified Public Accountants and owner of a Davidoff Tax Law, LLC whose employees are dedicated primarily to tax controversy representation, tax planning and tax preparation.
