My career started in 1982 on the defense side specializing in medical malpractice, product liability, construction law, and environmental law. I became my firm's youngest partner after 5 years, and was a sought after speaker before many bar associations around the country on legal issues, as well as a published lawyer during the 1980's. I no longer write for any legal periodical. In 17 years on the defense side I tried hundreds of cases and lost 2.. In 1999 I opened my own practice in the East Village of New York City, relying primariloy on cases referred by other attorneys, and switichign siodes to the Plaintiff's Bar.. Since that time I partnered with Damon Stevens, Esq. a leading legal analylist and under writer for the case funding industry.. We have handled hundreds of cases on behalf of individuals, most of whom are referred by other attorneys.  We try many cases for firms in New York & New Jersey who ask us to take over their cases when they cannot settle and must be tried before a jury.
