DANIEL G. DENEEN is a sole practitioner in Bloomington, where his practice focuses on probate (guardianship and decedent) and estate planning, fiduciary fraud/financial exploitation, real estate, and general law. Daniel Deneen received his B.S. from the University of Illinois College of Commerce in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1982.  His current community service includes the local PATH Agency Self-Neglect/Guardianship Task Force, the Illinois State University Mennonite College of Nursing Advisory Council, the OSF-St. Joseph’s Hospice and Home Health Care Professional Advisory Commitee, St. Patrick Church of Merna, and the ParkLands Foundation (conservation land trust) Board of Directors.. Mr. Deneen is married to Dr. E. Paula Crowley Deneen, Illinois State University Professor in the Special Education Department, and they have one son, Patrick Deneen.
