In 2006, Erin Phillips, a Wood River native, joined the firm of Unsell & Schattnik as an associate upon graduation from Saint Louis University. During law school Ms. Phillips served two years on the Saint Louis University Law Journal including serving as Lead Editor, was selected for Advanced Moot Court, and was a Moot Court Teaching Assistant. Since joining the firm Ms. Phillips has tried and arbitrated matters involving worker’s compensation, personal injury, property damage and contracts, and traffic tickets. Ms. Phillips was named partner to the firm in 2013. Prior to attending Saint Louis University School of Law, Ms. Phillips enjoyed a nearly six year career in business and human resource management with a major corporation located in Madison County..
