Co., 189 P.3d 582 (Mont. 2008) (jury trial and appellate counsel on stacking of underinsured motorist coverage); Revelation Industries v. St. Paul Fire and Marine Ins. Co., 206 P.3d 919 (Mont. 2009) (insurance coverage and duty to defend under commercial general liability policy for defective workmanship claims); and Peterson v. St. Paul Fire and Marine Ins.
