Scott Gratton began practice at the Brown Law Firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1994. He left to represent Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for two years in 1996. Scott has tried numerous jury cases in Montana’s State and Federal Courts, and has handled appeals in the Montana Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Scott is an experienced trial attorney with over 25 years of experience in several different areas of law including: civil litigation, property and casualty, products liability, insurance coverage, insurance defense, environmental litigation, FELA, personal injury, both plaintiff and defense, accounting malpractice and legal malpractice defense and other commercial cases.
