I am licensed in all state courts in Texas and New Mexico. My practice focuses mainly on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth distribution. I have been a Certified Financial Planner since 2007 and often use the knowledge and insights I gained while working as a financial advisor to recommend, develop, and implement comprehensive estate planning and wealth strategies.. As one of 16 practicing Texas attorneys with the CFP® designation, I know the value that this designation has had for many of my clients. Whether in a divorce, corporate, retirement planning, or estate planning setting, the knowledge, insight, and thoroughness gained by obtaining the designation has been invaluable to my clients.. I am married to a wonderful West Texas woman named Alyson. We have a young daughter, Camryn, with another baby on the way.
