After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from North Carolina State University, he attended law school at North Carolina Central University and graduated cum laude. At NCCU School of Law, Daniel distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court Team, served as the Student Bar Association Secretary, and was a judicial intern in the chambers of Justice Ervin IV on the North Carolina Supreme Court. He also helped clients achieve their legal goals as a participant in the law school’s Civil Litigation Clinic.
