I have been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1984. During that time I have acquired extensive experience in the areas of business law (forming corporations, s-corporations, and limited liability companies as well as preparing shareholder agreements and operating agreements), mergers and acquisitions of companies, business litigation, real property law (such as commercial closings and refinancings), real property litigation, estate planning (including the preparation of wills and trusts), and several other areas of general practice.
