I have been licensed to practice law for twenty five years.  I am an experienced negotiator and trial attorney who practices exclusively in Family Law.  I obtained a certification as a Financial Divorce Analyst after passing numerous, rigorous, financial examinations.. I am a Certified Divorce Mediator and Negotiator completing workshops that are presently taught at Harvard University Law School.  I believe in the mediation process when fair negotiations take place.. I am one of a handful of attorneys in the United States who successfully completed the American Bar Association Advanced Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute on Trial Testimony and the Expert Witness.  On the occasions when the opposing side has appealed my client’s trial win with my firm, I have successfully defended these wins as the Nevada Supreme Court Affirmed these decisions.. I have been selected by several Family Court Judges to be a Guardian Ad Litem for children. I am a former Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children.  Prior to practicing Family Law, I prosecuted cases at the District Attorney’s Office in Colorado where I was also licensed to practice law. I was also a jury consultant for high dollar complex civil litigation resulting in tens of millions of dollar judgments in the client’s favor..
