Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Nevada (2006) and in Utah (2013) and received his Juris Doctor degree from the nation’s oldest law school, William & Mary School of Law in 2006.. At William & Mary, Jonathan served as Notes Editor on the William and Mary Law Review and as a teaching assistant. During law school, he completed internships with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Campaign Legal Center and an externship with Federal Magistrate Judge Bradford Stillman.. Prior to law school, Jonathan graduated from the University of Utah, cum laude, with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science..
