Mr. Mike H. T. Nguyen, Esq. is the managing member of the Nguyen & Associates, LLC Personal Injury Law Firm who oversees the day-to-day business operations and litigation department. His legal career is filled with numerous accomplishments. At the age of 28, he argued before the Nevada Supreme Court, en banc, and won a unanimous decision on an issue of first impression. He became one of the youngest attorneys to do that in Nevada. At the age of 27, he successfully secured a verdict for his client after a 2-day trial on a complex contract matter. The client’s case was rejected by a number of other firms prior to coming to Mr. Nguyen.. Mr. Nguyen was named Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academic of Personal Injury Attorneys in 2016. He was also named 10 Best Attorneys for Nevada and 10 Best Attorneys for Nevada Under 40 by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2015. Additionally, he was the Featured Attorney for Personal Injury by Avvo in 2015 and won the Client’s Choice Award in that same year. Recently, Mr. Nguyen was named Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 for Nevada in the Litigation category by the American Society of Legal Advocates. Prior to establishing Nguyen & Associates, LLC in February 2014, Mr. Nguyen was a litigator and a de facto partner at Greenberg & Nguyen, Attorneys at Law, where he tried numerous cases in a 3-year period. Mr. Nguyen expanded Nguyen & Associates, LLC from a single attorney firm to a reputable boutique firm with many staff in less than 2 years. Additionally, he was able to shift the entire firm’s focus from representing clients in multiple areas of law to only representing personal injury victims. With the acquisition of a new building on Ponderosa Way in early 2016, Mr. Nguyen has made it the new home for Nguyen & Associates, LLC. Mr. Nguyen’s dedication to his clients is immeasurable. He regularly works on weekends and does not limit his free consultation to 15 minutes or half-hour.. Mr. Nguyen currently serves as the Chairman of the Vietnamese-American Community of Las Vegas Organization. He has successfully hosted 3 events: 2015 Moon Festival, 2015 Lunar New Year, and 2016 Moon Festival since taking office. He has also co-directed an ESL and Citizenship course than ended successfully in early 2016.
