Attorney Kyle R. Tatum chose a career practicing law due to his close ties to the Hispanic community and his awareness at the disservice and injustice that was taking place to the immigrant population in the United States. Kyle wanted to make sure that citizens and non-citizens alike were treated with fairness and respect in the workplace and given an opportunity to see the best of what our country has to offer.. Kyle’s interests are in the fields of immigration, employment law and personal injury.. Kyle is affiliated and volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and has been a Troop Leader for both English and Spanish scout troops in two states since 2007. In the summer of 2012, Kyle completed another international law program in Guanajuato Mexico which focused on international trade agreements, the Hague convention, and international contract law. Upon completion of the program he applied for and was accepted to an internship with the President of the State Supreme Court of Guanajuato. While there he assisted both judges and attorneys with an understanding of American criminal procedure while they transferred their criminal trial process from a written brief, to oral trial process, similar to US criminal procedure.. During his final year of law school Kyle was accepted into a competitive internship with the Honorable Judge D.
