I have been practicing law since 1997.  I truly enjoy being able to help those who have been injured due to someone's carelessness.  I am thankful for the opportunity my clients have afforded me to represent them in their time of need.. I always strive to give my clients a thoughtful, honest, assessment of their case. It does no good to offer anything but a fair and straight forward analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of their case.  My theory is that I advise my clients the same way I would advise my family.. I recommend anyone who is considering hiring a personal injury attorney to ask what type of experience that lawyer or his firm has in trying cases.  Sometimes, trial is the only way to attempt to receive fair compenstion for your injuries.  Although attorneys try to farily settle their client's claim, I believe you shoud be weary of any personal injury attorney who settles all of their cases and doesn't have the resources, skill, or desire to present your case in court if necessary.. The attorney/client relationship really is almost like a marriage  As such, it is important for the attorney and client to work together.  Anyone thinking of hiring an should think long and hard about whether the attorney they are hiring is someone they can have a positive relationship with over the life their case- which in some instances is several years.
