This success led to her membership in the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In addition to her litigation experience, Kristin has successfully obtained thousands of dollars in settlements, including six figure settlements, for her clients, prior to the filing of lawsuits.. Kristin believes passionately in fighting for the rights of injured persons, and not only aggressively represents her clients to obtain the maximum amount of compensation and justice, but also assists in lobbying efforts to ensure that these rights are protected for all injured persons.. Kristin is proud to be a long time resident of Henderson, Nevada and was a graduate of the first four year class of Green Valley High School. Kristin’s family has resided in Las Vegas, Nevada since the 1970s. As along time resident, she believes in our community and fighting for the rights of our citizens.. After only 2 ½ years, Kristin graduated magna cum laude, from Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law.. In her spare time Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Jamie, her two sons, Cole and Carter, and her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and running. Kristin is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
