Additionally, Mr. Rulis has experience representing abused and neglected children on a pro bono basis through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Children's Attorneys Project.. During his time as an attorney, Mr. Rulis has successfully completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy deposition training program and the Georgetown University eDiscovery Training Academy.. Prior to joining Kemp, Jones & Coulthard, Mr. Rulis was a law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth C. Cory, where he performed legal research and wrote bench memoranda on a variety of civil and criminal matters.
