Mr. Rulis represents individual clients and businesses of many different sizes in a broad array of complex commercial litigation matters. In state and federal courts alike, Mr. Rulis leads his clients through the litigation process in varying types of business, real estate, and commercial contract disputes by preparing pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and opposing dispositive motions, negotiating favorable settlements, and pursuing post-judgment collections. He also represents clients for appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit, which includes drafting appellate briefs and participating in appellate settlement conferences.. Additionally, Mr. Rulis has experience representing abused and neglected children on a pro bono basis through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Children's Attorneys Project.. During his time as an attorney, Mr. Rulis has successfully completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy deposition training program and the Georgetown University eDiscovery Training Academy..
