Mr. Mougin joined Kring & Chung, LLP in May 2001, opening the San Diego branch office for the firm's business, construction and personal injury defense clients.  Shortly thereafter, Mr. Mougin also opened the Kring & Chung office in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Mr. Mougin is now acting as Managing Partner of both the Las Vegas and San Diego offices of Kring & Chung.  Both offices have extensive experience in dealing with the nuances of business transactions, business litigation, personal injury, commercial trucking and construction law in California and Nevada, including NRS Chapter 40 as well as the handling and management of OCIP/WRAP issues. In addition to his business and personal injury defense practice, Mr. Mougin currently represents developers, owners and general contractors as well as specialty subcontractors in both civil defense and business litigation matters. Mr. Mougin also has experience handling the defense of a number of high-profile professional malpractice lawsuits as well as sports and entertainment clients.  He is also personal counsel to a number of prominent construction firms in both California and Nevada.
