Additionally, Daniel often acts as corporate and advisory counsel for multiple business enterprises in Clark County. Daniel was a first team academic all-conference and all-conference track and field champion at Southern Utah University. That’s where he received his Bachelor’s degree and then went on to Creighton University School of Law before receiving his Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law. He and his wife live in Henderson, NV with their four children.
