Jeffrey is the co-author of Westlaw's Courtroom Handbook of Nevada Evidence, a book used by Nevada judges and attorneys as a comprehensive guide on evidence in Nevada cases. He also has co-authored a paper that analyzed court decisions regarding the admissibility of electronically stored information.
