Should I pursue this civil rights claim?

I'm just looking for some honest opinions before I spend a bunch of time trying to find an attorney. So i was sentenced to 2 1-4 years in prison running consecutively but it was suspended. My first probation case ended in February 2025. So I was then being supervised for the second charge until December 17, 2025 when suddenly one of the higher ups in parole and probation said that I should no longer be under supervision and even my probation officer said she wasn't even gonna drug test me because I was being "illegally supervised" within the next month I saw the judge and he just dismissed my case and honorably discharged me. So i live in the state of Nevada and from the research i have done its called stacking cases which isnt legal when it comes to probation term. During those extra 10 months I still had to report every month, drug test, go to AA/NA meetings, pay probation fees, and follow travel restrictions. During that time I was also arrested on a probation violation, spent 30 days in jail, and was sent to a 45-day rehab and then another 25-day rehab. Does this sound like something that's actually worth pursuing with a civil rights attorney, or am I way off? I'm not looking for people to tell me I'll definitely win anything—I just want to know if these facts sound like they could support a legitimate lawsuit. LOCATION: NEVADA
