Gwynne R. Dumbrigue, Esq. was born and raised on the island of Oahu in the State of Hawaii, although he is of Filipino, Japanese, and Spanish descent.. In 1996, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Waipahu High School in his home town of Waipahu, Hawaii.  Among other honors, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the school paper and a Hawaii History Day finalist and a participant in the National History Day competition held at the University of Maryland at College Park.. After high school, Gwynne attended Seattle University in Seattle, Washington on a Trustee's Scholarship and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Philosophy.. Gwynne took three years off after his undergraduate studies before attending the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan.  There, Gwynne was honored with the Certificate of Merit in Research and Writing for his excellent research and writing skills and was one of the finalists in the school's "Best of the Best" Mock Trial Competition.  He also externed with the Elder Law Clinic and the Office of the Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office. In 2006, Gwynne graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with dual concentrations in Litigation and Solo Practice.. From Lansing, Michigan, Gwynne moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2006 and has been practicing as a Nevada attorney since.  He has taken cases to trial in federal court, and - at the state level - in district court, family court, justice court, and municipal court. Gwynne also has had success in school board appeals. He is a recreational tennis player, but of equal passion is his love of the practice of law.
