Ofelia Markarian was born in Tbilisi, Georgia. At the age of seven, she and her family moved to Brooklyn, New York in pursuit of a better life. After living in Brooklyn for seven years, the family moved again, this time to Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Markarian attended Northern Arizona University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Merchandising and Public Relations.
