Nicholas went on to earn his Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He has been practicing since 2017, and he joined the Richard Harris team in September 2018.. Prior to joining the Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm, Nicholas worked as a law clerk for District Court Judge Jennifer Togliatti from August 2017-August 2018, during many of the Scott Dozier execution hearings that continue to be litigated in the Nevada Supreme Court..
