I am originally from Bucyrus, Ohio, and graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and earned my Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston in Boston, Massachusetts.

“In several child custody cases, I had the opportunity to engage Mr. Tidaback in negotiations and litigation in which both of our clients were extremely difficult and challenging. Counsel was, at all times, professional, knowledgable, and always willing to work towards an amicable resolution to the issues at hand. However, I found him to be most effective as a criminal defense attorney. Despite local custom and pressure from the State, I personally witnessed Mr. Tidaback stand up and actively litigate essential evidentiary and factual issues on the record before the Court. His dedication, empathy and overall determination to work dilligently for his clients' interests was infectious in a good way and made me a better advocate for my own clients. I cannot complete my recommendation of Attorney Tidaback without discussing his research and writing abilities. In motion practice, there were no other attorneys, including those his senior, who took more care and researched as thoroughly”
