During his tenure, Mike provided comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including international and domestic high net worth individuals and their families, private trust companies, family offices, foundations, and corporations. By leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs, Mike provided clients with customized solutions related to charitable and philanthropic planning, asset protection, private banking and lending services, and income tax planning. With his background in trust services and fiduciary management, Mike also assisted and provided inclusive estate planning advice to optimize federal and state tax-efficient strategies to meet clients' long-term received his Juris Doctor degree and LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he double majored in both finance and accounting. He currently serves as an alumni interviewer for Georgetown University as part of the Alumni Admissions Program. Mike is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
