As a divorced and remarried man with two children who were moved out of state by their Mother, I am well aware of the dynamics of stress that impacts parents AND THE CHILDREN as separation and divorce occurs. With some decades of experience as a litigator, I am familiar with the legal processes available to address not only the separation and divorce, but also associated problems such as bullying, and abuse. I am well equipped to facilitate peaceful resolution and to go to court when necessary.
