Mr. Hathaway focuses his practice on Bankruptcy Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, Estate Planning, Criminal Defence, Business Formation and Continuation, Consumer Debt Relief, Creditor and Debtor relation, Real Estate, Matrimonial Law.. In 2001, the Law Center was formed with a mission of helping individuals and entities by providing quality legal representation, counsel and advice. The Law Center helps its clients grow and discover potential areas for improvement, opportunity and expansion. In 2005 the Law Center was joined by attorney Kelly M. Fletcher to help provide a wider base of legal services. Ms. Fletcher brings to the Law Center a wide and varied experience in business administration, accountancy, tax issue resolution as well as a very successful criminal defense practice.
