D.U.I. then moved house

Location: Tennessee Thanksgiving of 2019. Southeast Michigan. Blew a .09 and got charged with my third DUI. The police said if I didn't submit to all their tests something was going to happen so I blew in this bigger machine at the station. They said since it's my third one that becomes a felony. I didn't want to become a felon so I just didn't go to court. Then I got scared so I tried to turn myself in but they said I went to the wrong place. So I just left and went to another state. Eventually got clean I'm 3 years sober with regular urine tests to prove it. I'm renting a place in a different state and I have a job and I want to take care of this. If I show up and they throw me in jail then there goes my job and I'll be homeless again so how should I go about this?
