Mr. Duby is a frequent guest speaker at seminars on topics such as copyright, trade name and trademark protection, trade secrets, privacy and corporate and tax law.. Mr. Duby’s professional affiliations include members with the American Bar Association; the State Bar of Michigan; Business and Intellectual Property, and Computer Law of the State and American Bar. Mr. Duby is a volunteer counselor for Lansing Community College’s Small Business Development and Technology Center. He is a current member of the Advisory Board of Directors of the Lansing Art Gallery and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lansing Advertising Club, as a Team Captain for the Capital Area United Way, and as a member of State Bar of Michigan’s Membership Services Committee, and is a member of the International Trademark Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
