I believe that, because of that attitude of integrity and straightforward approach, I am more often than not able to achieve wonderful results for my clients.However, not all cases end up being resolved through negotiation, and trial is the natural result. I am not kidding when I tell clients that I have done hundreds of trials. I believe that my strength in trial is being able to identify where the facts don’t line up, identifying what are the most important elements of the story, and identifying successfully the issues for the trier of fact.
