Over time, I grew frustrated with their tactics — manipulating cases, undermining claims, and offering far less than victims deserved. I decided to use my insider knowledge to fight back, representing clients who had been injured by negligence, harmful products, or neglect throughout Virginia.. My extensive experience includes personal injury cases like product and premises liability, nursing home neglect, dog bites, and truck and auto accidents.
