Jennifer Muse has extensive experience representing employers in employment matters, including issues and claims related to Title VII of the Civil Right Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act, and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. In addition, Jennifer drafts employment contracts, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and separation and release agreements. She works with clients to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. For clients engaged in government contracting, Jennifer assists them in preparing affirmative action plans.
