As a mom, Kelly knows that people need to do what is best for their families and she is there to help them. Kelly is the member of two state bars: California and Missouri. Kelly graduated with honors from Tulane Law School and her undergrad, Washington University in St. Louis. At Tulane Law School, she was the Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review. Kelly also knows what judges look for from an attorney as she externed with the Honorable Morey L. Sear, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Louisiana. She has also published legal articles in Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions and Review of Securities and Commodities Regulation..
