Kelly is founder in Zinser Law Group, PC.  Kelly enjoys assisting her entrepreneurial clients in forming entities, strategic alliances or negotiating deals.  She helps her clients achieve cost effective and practical asset protection.  In addition to her 18 years of legal experience, Kelly has the real world experience of negotiating short sales with lenders.  As a real estate broker, Kelly has assisted numerous families in need.  Kelly’s real estate experience inspired her to start this law firm, so that she could offer a different approach to legal advice.  As a mom, Kelly knows that people need to do what is best for their families and she is there to help them.  She also brings a parent's perspective to estate planning by not only focussing on the money aspect of estate planning but also focussing on the needs of the children.. Sear, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Louisiana.  She has also published legal articles in Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions and Review of Securities and Commodities Regulation..
