While litigation is always stressful, I find that consistent communication can help control that stress.. As to the substance of the law, I have litigated, in both state and federal courts, employment cases on behalf of both employers and employees regarding non-compete, non-solicitation and other contractual provisions. I have also represented clients in matters pertaining to franchise agreements and have defended small and medium-sized businesses against discrimination claims and other workplace allegations. I have also litigated many general business disputes on behalf of corporate clients.
