Tyler M. Allen has handled hundreds of criminal cases over the years as a trial attorney. His representative criminal matters, among others, include defending clients against allegations of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, narcotic and dangerous drug violations, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, theft, shoplifting, prostitution, and domestic violence. Tyler has extensive experience in the courtroom and extensive experience defending clients throughout Arizona in vehicular cases, including alcohol and prescription medication DUI cases, allegations of leaving an accident scene, aggressive and reckless driving cases, and civil traffic violations. Additionally, he represents clients before the Motor Vehicle Division Executive Hearing Office. Tyler is licensed to practice in Arizona, Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court.
