I am a third generation lawyer practicing criminal defense in Arizona since 2001.  I am often asked why I chose criminal defense as a practice area.  Of course I always say I believe everyone is entitled to a defense, but more specifically, I chose criminal defense because few things are more frightning than being accused of a crime by the government.  It is a powerful entity that can alter a person's life and most people have no idea what they are up against until it is too late.  This is why I have dedicated my career to helping people charged by the government to achieve the best results possible.. I have lived and practiced in Northern Arizona since 2002 with my family and we enjoy all of the beuty that is unique to the State whether it is hiking, river trips, or spending time with friends.  We love living here and are firmly rooted in the community.
